Dear Colleagues,

As we approach the 2-year anniversary of the Minnesota Conference, we are also approaching the end of our rigorous process of drafting the Minnesota Guidelines Policy Document. 

Here is the tentative timetable for the next few months:

September 20 – Delegate/Steering Committee Zoom meeting to introduce the next-to-final draft of the Minnesota Guidelines Policy Document 

September 20 to October 3 – Delegates to review next-to-final draft of the Policy Document and submit feedback to the Steering Committee via the MNC website.

October 3 – Opportunity for delegates to give feedback and proposed changes closes.

October 4 to October 25 – Steering Committee reviews and makes final revisions based on delegate feedback.

October 25 – Final draft of Policy Document sent to delegates for final review.

October 28 to October 30 – Window open for delegates to vote on whether to forward the Policy Document to professional organizations for adoption. Voting will be anonymous and options will be to “Recommend Adoption,” “Not Recommend Adoption,” or “Abstain.”  

The above dates are subject to change contingent upon completion of work already underway by two Content Panels and one Delegate Team.
