Dear Delegates,

The Steering Committee wants to thank you again for all of your work on the Minnesota Conference and the excellent discussion from our meeting on July 19. From that meeting we thought that it would be beneficial to conduct a short survey of the delegates on a few particularly timely and unresolved issues. To that end, we would greatly appreciate you taking just a few minutes to complete this confidential survey. You will see a checkbox above each item to display background information that you previously received in an email. You will see that it is very short and only asks one demographic question about whether you are an organizational or at-large delegate.

You will need to login under your delegate account to the MNC website to submit the survey. However, your responses will be kept strictly separate from your identity. No logged in user’s information will be paired with his/her/their survey responses or shared with the Steering Committee. As such, the data will remain confidential. Your responses to this survey will help guide our efforts in the next phase of our work as we bring the consultant into the process. Thank you for your help.
